Rising Phoenix services was started by two brothers both working in the IT field and noticing that IT has been getting less and less personal. We started out to help People, Non-Profits, and small businesses get a handle on their IT needs. Whether they wanted something set up they could manage on their own or continue getting on-going support we wanted to be there for the community to help people and businesses succeed. Over the course of 10 years we have done exactly that. We have helped several non-profits get started with low cost services that met their needs and allowed their businesses to grow. We have helped people all over the world get their computers back up and running and set up their devices and we even provide ongoing IT support for several small companies.
We offer everything from one time purchase support to on-going service contracts. Our contracts are never bound to certain amount of time, we believe that if you are not happy with our service you can walk away from it at any time. No fine print! no gimmick!
