Rising Phoenix Services was started by two brothers, both working in IT, who noticed that technology support was becoming less and less personal.

We set out to help people, non-profits and small businesses get a handle on their IT needs. Whether they wanted something set up that they could manage on their own, or ongoing support, we wanted to be there for the community and help people and businesses succeed.

Since 2011 we have done exactly that. We have helped non-profits get started with low-cost services that met their needs and let them grow. We have helped people all over the world get their computers back up and running and their devices set up, and we provide ongoing IT support for small companies.

We offer everything from one-time support to ongoing service agreements. Our agreements are never bound to a fixed amount of time: if you are not happy with our service, you can walk away at any time. No fine print, no gimmicks.
